How much does the program cost?
It’s cheap! You only need to pay $24.95! This includes the entire online course and test, plus we will notify the DMV (Court) when you successfully pass the final exam (and provide you with an emailed course completion receipt).
How do I sign up for the program?
Just go to the enrollment page or CLICK HERE. Make sure that you fill out all of the information requested on the forms. You can also call one of our friendly customer service representatives at (877) 203-0275 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to sign up.
Do I have to go to a test site for the final exam?
Not at all! Our final exam along with the rest of the course is completely online. That’s what makes it so quick and easy!
How do I pay for the course?
You have several different options: We accept all credit, debit card, or check/money order. During the enrollment process, we will ask you to select a payment option. If you are paying by credit or debit card, we utilize a secure and encrypted page to protect all of the information that you input.

What happens if I fail the final exam?
You must receive a score of 70% or better to pass the 25 question final exam. If you do not pass the final exam within two attempts, you will need to re-register and start the course over (per state requirements). Because we value our customers, we will discount the price to $15.00 if you do need to re-enroll at anytime.
Course Information
Can I really complete this program at the very last minute?
Since the traffic course is an 8-hour program, we do not recommend waiting until the date when your course completion is due at the DMV. Registering a bit earlier will allow you to take the course at your own pace and give you some breathing room. Although our course probably won’t take you a full eight hours to complete, it’s always good to budget at least that much time, just in case you run into computer problems or personal difficulties last minute.
Do I need to finish the course in one sitting?
No way! That is the convenience of this course! You take it at your pace, when you want to, anytime you have Internet access. Our system will keep track of your progress, which makes it simple to start up again where you left off. Of course, if you really want to power through the course in one sitting, there’s nothing stopping you! It’s completely up to you how you complete the course.
Do I need to own a computer to do the course?
You don’t need to own a computer, but you do need to have access to a computer with Internet to take the course. If you don’t have a computer of your own, most public libraries have computers with free Internet access. There are also cyber cafes which rent time at computers with Internet access for a small fee, and you can also borrow a laptop from a friend and log-on when you have time.
How does the California DMV (Court) know that I have taken the course and completed my traffic school requirement?
When you sign up for the course, you will submit personal information which includes your driver’s license and citation number. When you successfully complete the final exam, we submit this information along with verification of course completion to the DMV (Court). We also email you a completion receipt for your own records. It couldn’t be easier!
Will I get a certificate when I complete the course?
You will be emailed a receipt indicating that you completed the course and the DMV will be notified.
What do I do if my deadline for traffic school has already passed?
You will have to contact the court that issued your ticket directly if this happens and request an extension of your due date. Unfortunately, we cannot handle this matter for you.
Computer Questions
How do I start the course again after I log off or get kicked offline?
When you register for the course you will create a unique username and password. When you want to start or continue the course again, just go to our homepage and input the information in the proper fields. Then you’re good to go! No matter where you stop, our system keeps track of your course progress so that you can start back up in the same section.
What are the computer requirements for doing this course? Do I need to download any software?
Nothing. Nada. Zippo! If you are able to read this, you pretty much have everything you need to take the course.
The text is too big/small! How do I adjust it?
Basically, if you are reading this, you can take our course. You don’t need to download any additional computer software.
I don’t like the size of the text. How do I adjust it?
On most PC browsers all you have to do is hold down “CTRL” and scroll up and down on the mouse to adjust text size. A slightly more complicated way to do this involves going into the browser menu at the top of your screen. To do this, go to “View” then “Text Size” and select your preferred size.
Another way to change the text size if you are using Internet Explorer and the methods above don’t seem to work, is go to the menu at the top of the browser, select “tools” then “Internet Options.” Next, select the “Accessibility” button from the bottom and click “Ignore Font Sizes Specified on web pages.” Once this is selected, you should be able to use the mouse or the view menu to change the size of the text. One last option is to decrease your screen resolution, which can also increase font size.If you have an Apple computer, use “Shift-Command-]” to enlarge the text to your preference.
Is there any way I can get a refund?
We will not give refunds if you participate or complete the course. Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of LastMinuteTrafficSchool.com if you experience difficulty in the completion of the program and it is found that LastMinuteTrafficSchool.com may have prevented such difficulty. However, refunds can be granted if a student pays for, but does not complete the LastMinuteTrafficSchool.com program.
